Return & Refund Policy

At Arcana Plants, we strive to provide high-quality natural and plant-based products with care and transparency. As a growing startup, we operate with limited resources and work on a made-to-order basis for many of our offerings. This policy outlines the conditions under which orders can be canceled or refunded.
1. Order Cancellation
- Cancellations are allowed only before your order has been dispatched.
Once the product has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. - To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@arcanaplants.com with your order number.
2. Return Policy
Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Plant-based powders
- Herbal supplements
- Bacterial cultures or bio-products
- Any item with limited shelf life
We believe in maintaining the hygiene and integrity of our products, and hence cannot restock or resell returned items.
3. Digital Products
All sales of digital goods (such as downloadable guides, recipes, or eBooks) are final and non-refundable. No returns or exchanges are allowed on digital content.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@arcanaplants.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refunds (If Approved)
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only under exceptional conditions such as incorrect dispatch or confirmed damage.
